Over the course of my personal and professional life, I’ve written a variety of things, ranging from technical documentation for software, website content, pen-and-paper roleplaying game scenarios and fiction. This section is a sample of some of the writing I’ve done.
Game Reviews
For a period of time, I was part of a team at Ark Interface that wrote content to drive website traffic to partners on Planet Oasis. As part of this, we also wrote original content about various entertainment topics including movie and game reviews. These are a few of the reviews I wrote.
Other Game Writings
Over the years, I’ve written a number of things that were posted on my website, other websites, sent to mailing lists and, in one case accepted for publication (I got paid and everything, but my writing was cut for reasons of space).
Night Visions Newsletter
For about a year-and-a-half, I was the editor of Night Visions, a newsletter for the Seattle Camarilla, a vampire live-action reolplaying group. The newsletter included an events calendar, updates, fiction, art, poetry and member information running 8 to 10 pages, depending on material, with a monthly publishing schedule.
